24年9月に荻窪にオープンしたもつ焼屋さん友松へ
荻窪駅西口を出て路地を入った場所に在る
路地に「加賀藤」がある奥にあります
金曜日にお邪魔しました
チュウボウを囲むL字カウンター席
テーブル席2卓
1卓には先客のグループ客、カウンター席には1名でした

目の前は焼き場だが、ガラスで遮断されている
店主とおばちゃん店員スタッフ1名
キレイな店舗です
お酒はホッピーもあったが、
まずは
●キリンクラシックラガー中瓶@680(全て税込)
キリンのクラシックラガーは美味しいね
自宅はこのビールでした
昭和だね
●席料は@300掛かります
お通しは青菜の辛し和えでした
ピリッとした辛みがあり、変なお通しよりも良い
あては煮込み、もつ焼き、もつ一品、焼鳥、揚げ物、焼き物、ポテサラなどの一品と炭水化物
メニュー数は多くはないが、〆まであり、黒板には本日のおススメのおばんざいメニューも
ただしグループ客の横にあるので良く見えない
カウンター席も良く見えるとありがたい
さて、メニューには中津の唐揚げがあるので、店主は大分の出身かな
グループ客も大分の話題で盛り上がってたからね
おまけに大分焼酎も揃っているしね

煮込みには小があるのが良いね
黒い丸皿で
ネギが掛かっています
味噌仕立てで、結構しっかりとした味
これは加賀屋に通じる味ですね(有名店の出自らしい)
もつがトロトロで豆腐もシミシミ

鳥皮はプルプルでポン酢が良い感じに絡まっています

ドライで炭酸が良い感じ
レモンスライスは入らない

カシラとシロは塩でお願いしました
スタミナがあるので、加賀屋系の出身だと確信(たぶん)
「ふるふれ抹茶」も置いてましたからね
味付けは加賀屋よりもやや薄め
カシラは食感が良いね
シロは良く焼き これぐらい焼くとジワジワとした油が出ている
カリッとして好みの焼き具合
本日のおススメにはかつお刺し、アジフライ、カニ屋が作ったカニクリームコロッケが気になったなぁ
落ち着いて呑めるし、もつ焼き、煮込みが良いね
再訪だね
