水曜日、この日は麻布十番にあります『黒しゃり』さんにお邪魔しました(^ ^)ノ
こちらのお店は2年前だったかな?に大阪ローカルの『ごぶごぶ』という番組で、浜ちゃんがK-1チャンピオンの武尊にご褒美に奢ってあげたみたいなロケで知ったんですが、当時は会員制だったので『こりゃ行けないなぁ』と思ってました。
しかし今年9月にリニューアルオープンし、何と食べログさんから予約出来るようになっていて、すぐ予約しちゃいました(^O^)ノ
こちらのお店は店名通り『黒しゃり』という唯一無二のお寿司を提供してくれます♪♪
これは『ヤシ殻活性炭』というのを配合したしゃりのようで、僕とは縁遠いインナービューティーを意識したお寿司のようです(笑)
予約時間の17:45に訪問、まずは『TOKYO BLUES』というクラフトビールで喉洗です(^ ^)♪♪
そしてこの日頂いたのが…

大将もリニューアルと共に新しい方に変わったみたいですが、握りの技術は素晴らしかったですね!
