たまたま別の用事で奈良している際に発見したお店
訪問時かなり賑わっており、二席空いている状態でした。
人数を伝えるとカウンターキッチン前を案内され
混雑してることもあり料理が遅くなることを先に伝えられ、了承しました。
まずは箸などを持ってきてくれたので
箸置きをみると花がさしてあり可愛らしい
箸置きの際にドリンクを聞いてくれたので
あら越し梅酒 650円を注文
次にドリンクを持ってきてくれた時に
料理を聞いてくれたので以下を注文しました。
海老とアボカドの春巻き クミン塩 950円
半熟卵のポテトサラダ600円
しっとり鶏肝生姜煮奈良漬け 650円
鰆の棒ずし 一貫 300円
まずお通しが届き
今回は茄子の胡麻和えのようでした
ごまの味わいが美味しくよく冷えた茄子が美味しく
料理が届くのが楽しみになりました
注文した料理はまず春巻きが届きました。
エビはぷりぷりでアボカドが入った春巻きは初めてなのでこの組み合わせの春巻きは最高に感じました。
次に半熟卵とポテトサラダ
ポテトサラダはオーソドックス
鶏肝と奈良漬け
鶏肝は冷たく柔らかく今年食べる中で
一番美味しくいい食感で好みです。
奈良漬けと合わせるとお酒にも合う塩味に
鰆の棒ずし
脂乗りもとても良く、
シャリに合う味わいに味を整えられているので
とても美味しく
〆ご飯の時間に間に合わない時はまた食べてみたい。
気がつくと20時半に近づいていて
店員さんから釜ご飯どうしますかと聞いてくれたので
ややお腹も苦しかったのですが注文してみました。
20時半になるとご飯も炊き上がったみたいで
土鍋のおーぷんを中央でされ
写真を写せませんでしたが
撮影している人もいました。
お漬物、赤だし、ご飯の順番に用意されました。
希望者が多くはなかった為か
配膳時に少し多めに炊いているので
早いもの順におかわり可能ですと
伝えてくれたのですがお腹の具合的に遠慮しておきました。
しかしご飯は甘みも良くツヤツヤで最高に美味しい
お漬物と赤だしでご飯が進みます。
20時半のこのご飯セットを狙って
次も食べに行きたいです。
