今が旬!京都で蟹尽くし会席を食べにGo!

5年ぶりのモントレで蟹のフルコース税込15000円を予約してみました。
通常はディナーメニューですが、特別にお昼に用意して頂きました。
駐車場もレストラン利用者は2時間無料券もらえるので有難い限り。
落ち着いた感じがいいですね。
随縁亭さん久しぶりすぎて、前の記憶全く残ってない(笑)
この日のランチは終始他にお客さんがいなくて珍しく貸切でした。

まず他のお店でも蟹のコースを色々吟味していましたが、ホテルモントレ京都の随縁亭さんが1番コスパがいいなって思いました。
大阪とか他のモントレでも2万円ほどしてたし、まったくモントレとは関係のない蟹を出す和食のお店でも京都で蟹のフルコースならもっとびっくりする程高いしね。
まずは香箱蟹身出し琥珀ジュレ掛けからスタートです。
もう、一口めからめっちゃ美味しくて感動〜!
続いて薄葛仕立てのずわい蟹の胡麻豆腐(梅人参、芽蕪、松葉柚子)めちゃめちゃ優しい味わいで、胃が温まります。
華咲きずわい蟹、寒鰤の叩き辛み大根添え
ちょっとわさびとお醤油をつけて、めちゃめちゃ合う!
鰤もめちゃめちゃ美味しい〜!
焼物がやって来ました。ずわい蟹二味炭火焼 酢橘
ほとんど出来上がってるから炭火にちょっと乗せるだけでOK!あっという間に裏の甲羅が焦げちゃうからね。
ピシュ!って蟹からお水が飛んできたりしてね、食べる時も気をつけないと火傷しそう。
お次は冷たい毛蟹と炙り帆立の千枚蕪さんど
蕪蒸しずわい蟹の餡掛け
まろやかな白子も出て来て贅沢な一品。
最後にお食事が出ます。
ご飯はずわい蟹の蒸し寿司と赤出汁。
デザートは季節のフルーツでした。
お腹いっぱいになり過ぎなくて丁度良い量でした。
美味しい物は食べ過ぎないのが1番です。
近いし駐車料金無料だしギフトカードでお支払い出来たし(笑)毎年来たいな〜。
美味しくて美味しくて大満足でした〜!
