長良川鉄道に乗りたくて沿線の宿を探して郡上八幡の吉田屋さんに来ました。
夕飯のお料理は全12品からなるコースです。
前菜や土瓶蒸し、里芋などを経て鯉の洗い。酢味噌で食べるコリコリ食感の鯉はとても美味しかったです。そして鮎の塩焼き。香ばしく焼けた皮にふわっとした身が感動的に美味しかったです。塩加減も抜群。鰻の蒲焼も甘めの味付けで良かったです。
〆の栗ご飯も滋味深くて良いですねー。
おさけを頼むとタライに敷き詰めた氷にガラスの器を半分埋めて冷え冷えで出してくれるのも嬉しい趣向です。
大満足の晩ごはんでした。
