this chic teppanyaki restaurant is located up a luxurious staircase.
I was seated at the counter, where the cooking process unfolding right in front of me was truly entertaining.
The two hours flew by, and I had a wonderful time with my companion.
First, we were served beautiful meat sushi.
After admiring it, I took a bite, and it melted in my mouth—absolutely delicious.
The black-haired Wagyu, aged with kombu, was topped with fragrant Akō shiso.
While enjoying a dish with eggplant, I watched as Danish bread was toasted on the teppan, being filled with a juicy hamburger.
