バンバンジーとニンニクの刀削麺 : Chuka Tantanmen

ということで(笑)、またまたやって来ました。
いつも刀削麵だけでは申し訳ないので、今回は
バンバンジー780円とニンニクの刀削麵980円を注文。

今回も店員さんはイヤな顔ひとつせずお水を出してくれます。
バンバンジー、量もしっかりあり、胡麻と味噌、唐辛子と長ネギが
しっとりした鶏肉によく合います。

ニンニクの刀削麵は、やさしい塩味のスープにニンニクのパンチが効いて
クセになる味。麺のチュルチュル感も良く、玉子とひき肉の具材も美味しい。

帰りがけ、店員さんが「いつもありがとうございます」と声をかけてくれたのも
うれしかった。いつも刀削麵を食べてるので覚えられてるのでしょうか(笑)。

I came back to eat my favorite mapo tofu knife-cut noodles (1,080 yen). Stir well. The noodles are delicious, of course. This mapo tofu is not just spicy, but also has the delicious flavor of chili peppers. The flavors of the meat and tofu combine together to make every bite delicious! As you continue eating, you'll gradually start to sweat in a refreshing manner, and by the end you'll be drenched in sweat. It's got a strong spiciness, but it makes you want to eat more. The taste is addictive. Other dishes such as "Garlic knife-cut noodles" are also delicious. The only place where smoking is allowed is next to you, so if someone smokes next to you, the food will taste bad. I guess the downside is that it will be damaged...but it can't be helped since it's the store's policy. So I go when it's quiet (lol). Thank you for the meal!

I love this local store, but this is my first time posting a review. This bar is open only in the evenings, from 5pm onwards, and mainly serves alcohol. However, you can also order just one dish, and the waiter will "Well, water is fine," he said, without any appetizer. If it's hot, they'll give you a mug of water. It's a very friendly shop. All the dishes were delicious, and this time I ordered the Mapo Tofu Knife knife-cut noodle (1,080 yen). knife-cut noodle here are perfectly thick and cooked to perfection, with a chewy yet soft texture. You can enjoy all the textures. The mapo tofu on top was also delicious! Thank you for the meal!
