At our restaurant, we carefully grill fresh seafood delivered directly from Aomori's Hachinohe Port and Tokyo's Tsukiji, as well as Aomori's specialty chicken "Murakoshi Shamorok," on skewers over charcoal. The far infrared rays from the charcoal make the skin crispy and the meat tender, making it addictive once you try it! Additionally, our exquisite soy sauce ramen, "Shamorok Ramen," made with plenty of chicken bones for a week's worth of flavor, is a Sunday-only menu item, so be sure to order it when you visit! The local sake collected from across the country ranges widely from famous brands to rare premium sake, and it is served in masu (a traditional wooden cup). Additionally, we have awamori, imo shochu, mugi shochu, and kokuto shochu, which are aged in large jars, as well as a selection of about seven types of carefully crafted umeshu (plum wine).
