Cows are living beings. They are life itself. Even though skilled cattle breeders dedicate their lives to raising cattle, it is extremely difficult to produce the ideal beef cattle 100% of the time. Because cows are life itself, controlling them is challenging. The evaluation cannot be determined until the beef is actually judged. Premium meat quality is classified as grade 5 BMS 10 or higher. We have decided to certify only the Satsuma beef that has cleared this high level of difficulty as a "4% miracle."
