The interior transforms into a completely different space with just one lighting fixture, depending on whether it's day or night. It features a semi-circular counter that extends to the entrance and tables made from original wood. The main colors are green and brown, reflecting the history of tea in Sangenjaya. The counter uses discarded tea leaves from contracted farmers in its plasterwork, and the drink counter is made from a single slab of ancient elm that grew naturally about 2,000 years ago. All the plants are real and were supervised by a nearby gardening store.

Our most popular drink is the matcha latte, which is prepared by whisking matcha after receiving an order and served right in front of you. The beautiful contrast of green and white in two layers is stunning. We use the highest quality matcha, stone-ground from Yame in Fukuoka Prefecture, which can only produce 30 grams per hour. It has a rich aroma and flavor that stands out against the milk, and its deep green color with a hint of blue is beautiful. It contains a high amount of umami components, particularly theanine, which will surely surprise you with its deliciousness. This is a proud cup that we hope everyone will try at least once.

A bartender with numerous awards from various contests has supervised the creation of this menu. We offer seven beautifully presented cocktails that align with our concept.
