This time, we enjoyed an all-you-can-eat and drink experience.
We had the chance to compare the three major types of Japanese Wagyu:
- Matsusaka Beef
- Kobe Beef
- Omi Beef
Each cut, from the round to the chuck eye roll, had its own unique flavor and fat texture.
