１１日（土）夜から日本橋で飲んでタクシーで錦糸町に移動。
目当ての店があったのだが、満席で入れず・・・。
たまたま駅からすぐの場所にある商業ビルの前を通りかかると、この店はまだ営業中で看板の明かりがついていた。
早速エレベーターで店へ向かう。
エレベーターを降りるとすぐに店内になっていて、広々空間が現れた。
そこで靴を脱いで下駄箱へいれて上がるスタイル。
和の居酒屋では多いが、ダイニング系では珍しいのではないかな。
店内は広々していて、白のソファに茶色の仕切りで囲われた席が配されてオシャレな感じ。
土曜日から日曜日に日が変わったばかりだが、客はなんとゼロ！！貸切状態でした。
４人くらいで使える個室に案内してくれた。
掘りごたつ式の個室でくつろげた。

やや太めにカットされた牛蒡をカタクリ粉であげたもの。
冷凍食品をあげたようなものを出す店が多い中、こちらは店舗で調理したものという印象。
和食店で出してくれるような料理で居酒屋にしては質が良い。
ただちょっと油切れが悪かったかなぁ。

アボカドのディップをトルティーヤチップスに付けて食べる料理。
なんとスタッフの女性が目の前で仕上げてくれるという演出でした。
女性が材料を運んできて、木製のボール内でディップを作ってくれます。
客の目の前で仕上げるまでのこともないと思うが、やってもらうと何だか嬉しい。
アボカドは作り置くと色味が悪くなるから、これ良いかもねぇ。
チップスも結構な分量があって食べ応えあります。
今回は２軒目利用だったので、食事メニューは軽めなものだけオーダーしたが、
和洋様々なラインナップで気になるメニューがありました。
女性に人気な内装で女子会とか多いのかも。
ちなみにチェーン店みたいですね、渋谷にも同名店舗があります。
ワカモレ作ってくれたスタッフさん、とても感じが良かったです。
若いのにきちんと接客が用語が使えていて感心しました。
