We focus on simple dishes that make the most of the ingredients, and we prepare more elaborate dishes with care, using techniques unique to Japanese cuisine. We strive to provide freshly cooked dishes made from carefully selected ingredients, such as fresh fish caught by single hook fishing, only after receiving an order. We also aim to create a menu that keeps our regular customers interested by incorporating various cuisines, including Western and Chinese dishes. Our meat dishes are also abundant, featuring grilled Yamagata's local chicken, "Yamagata Sakuranbo Chicken," and grilled Miyazaki pork, "Kannonike Pork"!

Additionally, we have over 20 types of authentic shochu, including premium and limited editions. We also offer a 6-month bottle keep service. If there’s a specific brand that we don’t have in the store, we are happy to accommodate customer requests, so please feel free to ask!

Based on the basics I learned from a pastry chef at a certain hotel, I am considering creating sweets that incorporate a Japanese taste. I aim to make a dish that you can't help but want to eat even after enjoying some drinks. I have a repertoire of over 40 different types! I serve a daily dessert that changes every day. Additionally, with reservations made by the day before, I can prepare a "message plate" that is perfect for surprise celebrations for birthdays or anniversaries! The interior of the restaurant is a cozy space where families can relax and enjoy their time. There are 15 table seats with warm-colored lighting that create a calming atmosphere, 9 counter seats that are perfect for solo diners, and 3 semi-private booths that are popular among friends and couples, making it always lively. The overall use of lower chairs adds to the comfort, creating a strangely soothing environment. In the upcoming season, we can accommodate various parties such as year-end and New Year celebrations, with the option for private reservations for up to 28 guests.
