The daily sashimi and the popular "aji fry," which is prepared to a rare finish with a fluffy texture, are favorites. As for meat dishes, the quality is exceptional, thanks to our affiliated yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant. We raise a whole Kagoshima black beef "Renko-ushi" and serve the lean cuts as tataki.
