Space"Current and Old Owner's Photo from About 40 Years Ago"
The photo features the previous owner, Ms. Ekaterina Okamoto, who retired in 1990, alongside the current owner. (This photo is from around 1980.) All the dishes are made in the same way as during the time of the previous owner, preserving the flavors from the establishment's inception. We lovingly prepare dishes such as "White Beef Stroganoff," which consists of finely sliced beef combined with sour cream and mushrooms, and "Uzbek Pilaf," a traditional Uzbek-style rice dish, among others!

Our store is located underground, about a 3-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station and Jimbocho Station. The exterior features our store name engraved in Russian on marble. Once you enter, you'll find a space that feels like a different country, with a unique atmosphere. We have 19 table seats and 4 counter seats available, making it perfect for couples on a date or for solo diners to enjoy. We invite you to come and savor delicious Russian cuisine at our establishment!

Our store offers a variety of wines, including sparkling wine, white and red wines, as well as noble rot wines. We have a larger selection of wines from before the year 2000, and the current owner holds the title of Knight of Bordeaux and Loire wines. If you are a fan of vintage wines, we are happy to assist you. Carefully selected wines are waiting for your visit in our dedicated cellar, so please come and try them.

The classic dish borscht brings out the sweetness of various vegetables, creating a refreshing yet rich and deep flavor. It's so delicious that some people come back for seconds! Additionally, our rice-stuffed cabbage rolls, which have been a favorite for 35 years, include rice that has been risotto-cooked in a basic broth as one of the ingredients. The rice, infused with the broth, works wonderfully alongside the meat. We also offer a cabbage roll course for ¥3,000, so please give it a try!
Starting March 10, the owner will be in the hospital, so we'll be running the kitchen with just our cooks. Dinner will be by reservation only, so check our official Twitter for more details!

They serve the rice-filled cabbage rolls and white beef stroganoff that were featured on TBS's Chubo Desu yo!, as well as the "Mori no Tsubo Yaki" (Forest Pot Pork), which was featured on TBS's King's Brunch. The dish is made with mushrooms and young chicken in a white sauce, making it a delicious and flavorful dish! They also have other dishes that have been featured on TV.
