Chef"Shop Owner Kenichi Onodera Skillfully Expresses the Flavors of the Four Seasons"
Born in 1976, from Iwate Prefecture. Having grown up in a family that ran a butcher shop, I was often exposed to the culinary world and aspired to become a Japanese cuisine chef. From the age of 18, I spent three and a half years honing my skills at a Japanese restaurant in Iwate Prefecture. After that, I expanded my knowledge at various establishments in Tokyo, including a traditional inn and a fugu restaurant. In 2013, I achieved independence at "Marutomi" in Akebonobashi, and in 2022, I relocated to Kagurazaka. Additionally, I serve as a master instructor for industry organizations. Through my meticulous work, I create artistic dishes that continue to bring joy to food enthusiasts today.
