Our soba is made from carefully chosen buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture, and we serve it freshly milled, freshly made, and freshly boiled every day. We have three types of soba available: "Kawari Soba" with yuzu and shiso, "Ni-hachi Soba" which is thinly cut, and "Inaka Soba" which is thickly cut. Seasonal ingredients like fresh fish and matsutake mushrooms are prepared as delicious "sides" that pair well with fine sake. Please enjoy the best dining experience with our dishes that are dedicated to high-quality ingredients.

We have traveled across the country to gather rare and exquisite sake. Our top recommendation is the 【Junmai Daiginjo Ryusen from Juyondai】. This sake, hailing from Yamagata, is considered one of the most difficult to obtain among many Japanese sakes. It is no exaggeration to say that for sake lovers, it is a legendary drink that one would want to try at least once. In addition to this “Juyondai,” we also always have local sakes such as 【Isojiman Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Vintage】, 【Kokuryu Ishidaya】, and 【Nizaemon】 available.
