The seasonal ingredients used in the chef's carefully crafted oden, which utilizes duck consomme broth, are sourced from Tsukiji to ensure they are truly delicious. Popular items such as soft-boiled eggs, fruit tomatoes, and luxurious foie gras daikon are served one plate at a time, allowing you to enjoy different flavors from the same broth. For the course finale, we offer rice cooked in a clay pot; the first serving is served as is, while the second serving is recommended to be enjoyed with broth poured over it, giving it a chazuke-style flavor. Any leftover rice can be wrapped up for you to take home.
