広島出身のオーナーが料理を提供する美味しいお店が有ると広島の会社の方から紹介があり、参りました。
テーブルは4人席一つに2人席一つ、カウンターはゆったり10席ありますから大人数というよりは2・3人でゆっくりという感じでしょうか。
最初は河豚の白子です。トロリと美味い。とりあえずビールをやってしまいましたが、これなら日本酒。広島の酒、賀茂金秀、雨後の月を中心に様々揃ってます。生をグイッと行って、すぐ冷やで賀茂金秀の純米を。美味い。白子にバッチリ合います。
続いてサラダですが、これも一工夫があるしらすのサラダです。和風ながらトウモロコシが香るトッピング。日本酒に合います。
刺身は赤身は鮪に鰹、白身は鯛にカンパチと色とりどりで角が立ち美味い。
焼物の銀ヒラスあたりからお酒も進みすぎ…。
日本酒を堪能し、1人8000円程。場所も解りづらく隠れ家感最高です。
