Using the highest quality "Kishu Binchotan" charcoal in Japan, which fulfills the ideal cooking conditions for chefs, we create skewers that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Aiming to be a place that customers want to keep coming back to, we have chosen Daisen chicken. The vegetables are also seasonal and reflect the time of year. For grilled items, we operate on a "chef's choice stop system," providing dishes until we receive a request from our customers.
