When it comes to dipping sauces for shabu-shabu, ponzu is common, but at our restaurant, we serve shabu-shabu with a carefully crafted broth that is an essential part of Kyoto's culture, born from the techniques of Japanese cuisine. Our broth is generously infused with green onions, which pair wonderfully with pork, following our unique style. You can request as many green onions as you like (some menu items excluded). It's a flavor you'll definitely want to experience again, so enjoy it to the fullest!

If you have a gift for your guests during ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, or receptions, we can hold it for you at our store until the time of presentation, so it doesn't become a burden.
