厨房前に並ぶサラダバー、生＆温野菜のシンプル構成。
むいた枝豆が山になっているのは壮観だったりします。
たまねぎ入のコンソメスープ、アイスティを取ってきて
サラダと一緒に食べながらパエリアの到着待ち。
ほどなく１人用鍋でしっかりと炊き込まれたパエリアが。
カレーらしい香味はあるものの、粉っぽさはなく
しっかりと粒感の立つ米にうまく馴染んでいる印象です。
野菜も多いですがベーコンやソーセージなど肉も充実。
後でサラダバーの野菜を追加して合わせてみたり。
鍋を掴むツールがないのでお焦げが食べにくそうでしたが
スプーンで軽くこそぐとすんなりと剥がれて
香ばしさとカレー風味の合わさった部分もいい味してます。
