鍋食べたいねーということで、仕事終わりにも行けるような深夜営業しているときに見つけ訪問しました。
店名にもはいっている火鍋。
まず店内はいると、鼻を刺すようないかにも薬膳っというようなにおいが。
以前行ったお店は路面店で小ぢんまりとした店だったのであまりにおいはしませんでしたがこちらはかなり強め。
鍋への期待感が高まります。
深夜1時頃だったので入店した頃は他に一組しかおらず。ほぼ貸し切り状態。
しかし、更に時間が深くなっていくと次第に中国人の御客さんが増えてきました。
近くで夜のお仕事をされてる方々でしょうかね。
店内の雰囲気・客層からしても、本場の方々も認めるお店なのでしょうか。
火鍋は、食材も非常に豊富で何を頼むかかなり迷いました。
そしていまいちオーダーの仕方が分からず、かといって店員さんが説明するでもなくファーストオーダーまで結構時間かかりました＾＾；
結局、肉やら野菜やら魚介やらを頼んで食べていたのですが。。。
始めに感じたあの強い匂い。それも頷けるスープでした。
薬膳の香りがものすごく強く、（それはともかく）とにかく辛い！！
自分は辛さに弱い方ではありませんが、後半は食べるのを放棄せざるを得ませんでしたorz
味はいいのですが、まともに味わう余裕もそんなないのでペースを考えて食べるべきですね。。。。
完全に個人の体質・好みでしかありませんが、私はコチラのお店で火鍋はもう食べれなさそうです。
でも逸品系の料理も非常に豊富で、むしろこっちの方を頼めばよかったと思えるような料理が多かったので、次回は是非そちらの方にチャレンジしたいと思います＾＾
