Experience the deliciousness of Toraji at a great value by making reservations and using points through the official Toraji app!
With the hope of connecting more people, we have created a relaxing space inspired by the traditional carpentry technique of "tsugite" (joinery). Whether you're taking a break from shopping, enjoying a casual meal, or celebrating a special occasion with family or hosting a business meeting, our restaurant is the perfect choice. |
During my time living in Shinjuku, I was always taken care of by Takashimaya.
I was really grateful that they kept the grocery section open during the pandemic.
This time, I had a restaurant voucher, so I headed to the upper floor's "Restaurants Park."
This yakiniku restaurant is quite famous, but I had never been there before.
When I casually dropped by on a weekday at 7 PM, I was told to wait for a moment. After about 10 minutes, I was seated at a table with a view of JR Shinjuku Station.
Usually, when I think of yakiniku, I imagine eating as much of my favorite meat as I can, but this time I opted for a course meal.
- Shrimp
Starting with seafood felt luxurious and exciting.
- Outside Skirt
It was tender and flavorful, making it delicious.
- Salted Beef Tongue
I had both thinly sliced and thickly cut tongue, and the thick cut from the premium course was definitely tastier.
- Horumon
The miso had a rich flavor and was very delicious.
- Cold Noodles
The broth was full of umami, and even served cold, it was delightful.
With the variety of the course meal, the night view of the skyscrapers in the Shinjuku area, and the calm service, I believe this place would impress anyone visiting from outside Tokyo.
