The name "Juni-sou" is inspired by a place called Junisya that once existed in Nishi-Shinjuku. We aim to deliver dishes that use the freshest seasonal ingredients throughout the twelve months of the year, each bringing a refreshing breeze to your table.

A beautiful space featuring solid wood flooring and a two-tone color scheme with zelkova wood. At the sushi counter, you can enjoy Edomae sushi prepared with red vinegar and sushi kaiseki that showcases the craftsmanship and sensibility of our chefs.
