We are particular about selecting and using authentic ingredients. For example, we use high-quality garlic from Aomori Prefecture. The noodles are egg noodles made with fresh eggs, and the wheat noodles are made from domestically produced wheat. The rice is Akita Komachi, which consistently ranks in the A class for taste. However, simply using good ingredients does not guarantee delicious food; the most important thing is to cook with care and dedication.
