Shaoxing wine is offered exclusively from carefully selected Shaoxing wines, primarily from Bai Ta Brewery. Since we purchase directly from China, we have some quite rare varieties that are not commonly found in the domestic market. The "Shaoxing Wine Tasting Set" allows you to enjoy the differences in production methods, so please give it a try.

Welcome to our restaurant where you can enjoy Shaoxing cuisine. Among our recommendations is the steamed pork belly with preserved mustard greens. We steam the pork belly with "umeboshi" (pickled plum) greens for about 4 hours until it becomes tender, and then season it with a spicy flavor. Please savor its soft texture. The fennel beans are a dish made by simmering broad beans with spices. We have prepared it to pair well with Shaoxing wine, so please enjoy the perfect match.

Our restaurant offers two types of courses that you can choose from based on your budget. Each course has different dishes, featuring our signature Shaoxing cuisine along with authentic Chinese dishes. The menu changes approximately 4 to 6 times a year, as we use seasonal ingredients. You can also enjoy a set of Shaoxing wine tastings and Chinese tea alongside your meal.
Space"An Adult Space with Calm Lighting"
The interior of the restaurant features a calm lighting that creates an adult atmosphere. In addition to the spacious counter with 8 seats, there are also 2 tables that can accommodate 4 people each, which can be combined to serve a maximum of 8 guests. We also accept private reservations for groups of 8 to a maximum of about 16 people, so please feel free to inquire. Whether it's for solo dining or meals for couples, this space is perfect for everyday use as well as special occasions like business meetings.
