I visited a newly opened yakiniku restaurant near Ebisu Station. The decor features a stylish black theme, with jazz music playing in the background, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful meal in a semi-private seating area.
I opted for the Special Price Course S, which includes a great deal with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option, including sparkling wine. The course started with a salad and an assortment of kimchi and namul. The salty dressing on the salad was a perfect match for the drinks, and I couldn’t help but keep eating. The kimchi was delicious—not too sweet at all.
The horumon sashimi and simmered offal had a robust flavor, and even the appetizers were quite filling. The main horumon dish included three types each of salt and tare, with just the right amount. The selection consisted of heart, horumon, nodobue, maruchou, shimachou, and premium mino. There was no unpleasant odor, just a natural sweetness, and everything was fresh!
Following that, the exquisite grilled wagyu sukiyaki, premium outside skirt, and today’s top-quality kalbi were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The stone-grilled cheese risotto was rich and filling, leaving me very satisfied.
With ice cream included at this price, it’s definitely a great value!
