Our pride, the 【soba】, is made from buckwheat flour sourced from Kurohime Plateau in Nagano Prefecture, ground with a stone mill, and hand-made every morning into 100% buckwheat soba. Its flavor, texture, and aroma are all exceptional. Our specialty is the fun and bubbling "kamo soba" featuring Kyoto duck, served in a single-serving ceramic plate. Additionally, our 【tempura】 is "kinpura," which incorporates buckwheat flour into the batter. We offer a wide variety of ingredients, from classic to unique options! We blend two types of oil in the same ratio as a certain Michelin-starred restaurant, resulting in a wonderfully crispy texture! We serve it piping hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself! Instead of ice, we use frozen Pocari, so it won't dilute over time, allowing you to enjoy it at a delicious concentration until the very last sip!
