After training at "Unfole" in Aoyama, I honed my skills at renowned establishments such as "Jardin des Sens" in Montpellier, France (which was a three-star restaurant at the time) in 2000. Upon returning to Japan, I served as the chef at "Chemin" in Akasaka for six years, earning one Michelin star in the 2008 and 2009 Michelin Guides. In April 2009, I opened "Restaurant Hiromichi" as the owner-chef, which received one Michelin star in the 2011 guide. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy delicious French cuisine in a casual setting.
