Our skewers feature fresh local chicken sourced every morning from the long-established Shinbashi Kagaya. We carefully select the best quality based on freshness and origin. Our highlight is the all-you-can-drink course priced between JPY 7500 and JPY 7980, which includes a platter of five grilled chicken skewers. To cleanse your palate, enjoy our miso cucumber and chilled tomatoes from Nagano, followed by ultra-fresh daily sashimi of live fish delivered directly from the source.
