The recommended dishes are tongue served with a green onion and salt sauce, and tender harami. We age the tongue and harami by hanging them in our aging chamber for four days, ensuring they are served at their most delicious state. Additionally, we have many new menu items available! Try our "Aged Raw Garlic Harami," which features garlic stuffed into harami, or our hearty "Green Onion Salt Aged" dish, where thinly sliced tongue is steamed with chopped green onions and onions. Don't miss out on our diverse menu, including "Coriander Hormone" and more!

We offer a wide variety of drinks for all-you-can-drink options. Among them, we highly recommend the lemon sour made with frozen lemons. We provide four types: "Hyouketsu Gamu Shara Lemon Sour," "Hyouketsu Umeboshi Lemon Sour," "Hyouketsu Shio Lemon Sour," and "Hyouketsu Lemon Sour." You can refill any of them except for the "Hyouketsu Lemon Sour." The refreshing taste pairs perfectly with meat!
