Our recommendations include the legendary "Culatello," known as the elusive raw ham, the rare "Cinta Senese" raw ham from a unique breed of pig, and the world-famous classic "24-month aged Parma ham." You can enjoy them individually or in a tasting comparison. Additionally, we use Italian truffles in the summer and Australian truffles in the winter. We also offer handmade pasta called Tajarin, made solely with egg yolks, as well as risottos and a variety of appetizers made with seasonal Italian ingredients that pair well with wine.
