Born in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture in 1973. After graduating from high school, he entered the culinary field. He honed his skills at a Japanese restaurant and served as head chef. In June 2015, he became the head chef of "Ginza Kita Fuku," which opened as the second location of "Akasaka Kita Fuku." Within just a few months of opening, the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star.

In a sophisticated Japanese modern space, each room has its own chef, allowing guests to enjoy the experience of having a whole crab prepared right in front of them. To ensure a leisurely enjoyment of crab dishes, the establishment consists of only three private rooms: two tatami mat rooms and one chair seating room. Each room can accommodate between 2 to 6 guests, and by connecting the two tatami rooms, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. The serene atmosphere that gently permeates the space is particularly suitable for important business meetings or special occasions such as anniversaries.
