In April 2013, we opened our flagship store in Ginza, followed by a store in Hawaii in November. In 2014, we expanded to Paris and Hong Kong. By 2015, we had opened locations in New York, London, Beverly Hills, and Shanghai. To deliver the traditional Japanese culture of sushi to our international customers, we have trained artisans at our Ginza flagship store who are now working abroad, and like our Ginza store, our overseas locations also use carefully selected Japanese ingredients. We have garnered attention from international media, and our New York store earned its first Michelin star just six months after opening.

Every day, we source carefully selected ingredients from all over the country, focusing on Tsukiji Market and Sapporo Market. We are particularly particular about using bluefin tuna caught in Japan's coastal waters.
