"Yorichi Wagyu" is a title given only to the finest "A5 rank" black-haired wagyu beef raised in Ohtawara City, located in the northeastern part of Tochigi Prefecture, known as the home of premium beef. Please enjoy this exquisite product, which accounts for less than 30% of the shipped cattle. "Yorichi Wagyu Sirloin" is available starting at 5,500 yen for 150g, and "Yorichi Wagyu Tenderloin (Filet)" is available starting at 6,400 yen for 120g. Additionally, you can enjoy "Yorichi Wagyu" in a Japanese-style steak set meal served with chopsticks.

In addition to "Yonezawa Wagyu," we also procure only high-quality meat selected by our chef. Please enjoy your preferred cuts, whether it's the flavorful red meat or the melt-in-your-mouth marbled variety. At our restaurant, we grill the meat using heat from volcanic rock that emits far-infrared rays, which cuts excess fat and allows you to savor the juicy flavor that is concentrated in the meat. Additionally, we use "Milky Queen" rice from Kurohane and Yuzukami, which has a glossy and chewy texture that pairs perfectly with the meat.
