Last Friday, I went out for Indian (Nepalese) curry for the first time in a while.
The restaurant's name is <EVEREST>.
Have I really not eaten curry at all since returning to Japan??
It's a Japanese soul food, so what have I been doing? (≧▽≦)
I entered the restaurant alone just after 5:30 PM.
There were no other customers at that time.
I sat at a table in the back and ordered:
" Everest Set A / JPY 1,600"
" Everest Beer / JPY 650"
For the curry: Keema Matar Curry / Bean Curry
For the naan: Cheese Naan
Spiciness: Mildly Spicy
Drink: Strawberry Lassi
I was informed that the owner is from Nepal.
The first thing that arrived was the "Everest Beer," which is indeed a Nepalese beer.
Using pure water from the Himalayas, this beer has a fragrant hop aroma and is very easy to drink. ^^
The Everest Set includes two types of curry, naan, tandoori chicken, samosa, salad, and dessert.
Among these, I might have had the "samosa" for the first time.
It's an Indian dish that resembles a dumpling, wrapped in a skin made of flour, salt, and water.
The curry had just the right amount of spices (๑╹ڡ╹๑).
The "Keema Matar Curry" is made with minced meat and green peas.
The "Bean Curry" is packed with crushed beans! ♪
The cheese naan was also delicious.
No doubt about it ( ‐ω‐)b
There was even a dessert to finish off, making it a highly satisfying curry set.
Although the restaurant is run by foreigners, they accept PayPay without any issues.ヽ(^o^)丿
With Indian music playing, it created a wonderfully exotic atmosphere in this curry shop.
