昨年9月に初訪以来2度目となる。今回は2週間程前に連絡をし、店休の日曜日にも拘らず店を開けて頂くことにした。コース料理は20,000円/人で提供された料理は次の通りであった。

お通しから最後のシメまで全てふぐのふぐ尽くしコース。料理は全般的に気をてらわず、素材の良さを活かした一品といった感じ。ふぐの雲丹巻きがその中では1番美味しかったです。

3年越し、15年に提案、16年他店を経験、店主と今年6ケ月の打ち合わせをしての成就です。
旨すぎるのでまた来ます！でも予算ははるかにオーバー、福沢諭吉、樋口一葉で収まらず野口英世も登場してしまった！
接待用途で何度かお邪魔しました。
ふぐ料理も戴けますが、私が一番印象に残っているのはフカヒレの炊き込みご飯です。
これは他では戴いたことがなく、忘れられない一品です。
5000円のコース。
フカヒレにこだわりがないので、これで十分。
