When you come to Maruzen Suisan, you can't miss the "Saba Shabu Shabu," a highly popular dish that features plump mackerel enjoyed in a hot secret broth! The rich flavor is enhanced by adding a sweet soy sauce to the broth, and it's a new sensation to dip it in raw egg. The umami that spreads in your mouth will surely captivate you after just one bite! In addition, we offer a wide range of menu items, including "Sashimi Platter" made with fresh fish sourced daily through expert selection, as well as grilled fish, simmered dishes, tempura, and oden.

We also offer the "God Foam" made with Suntory's Premium Malts and the "Top Highball."
