We offer "one pot per person" shabu-shabu, allowing you to enjoy flavors tailored to your preferences. We provide a total of six types of broth: kombu, soy milk, chicken salt, sukiyaki, pork bone, and hot pot. You can choose from six types of dipping sauces: our secret broth, rich sesame, garlic soy sauce, grated daikon, lemon, and spicy. We prioritize local production for local consumption, sourcing fresh vegetables directly from local farmers, with a selection of 17 to 20 types available at all times. We also have a rich variety of seasonal ingredients. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience to your heart's content.

At the National Wagyu Capability Advancement Conference, "Shimane Wagyu" has won the Prime Minister's Award twice. Originally, it was raised in the mountainous areas of the Izumo region and is said to be descended from Tajima cattle and Kobe beef. Its most notable feature is its outstanding flavor. The meat is tender, and the smooth fat does not leave a greasy aftertaste. We offer A4 to A5 grade beef at our establishment. Please enjoy the rich flavor and finely marbled meat.
