We carefully select and directly ship fresh seafood from Tosa Shimizu in Kochi Prefecture immediately after it is caught. Since it is not displayed in the market, the fish does not get damaged. We offer a variety of dishes such as sashimi, sushi, tempura, and grilled fish. Once you try it, you will surely be captivated by its freshness and flavor! Additionally, we use "Omi vegetables" from Shiga Prefecture. We communicate directly with the farmers to source freshly harvested vegetables with soil still attached.
