The dough for Neapolitan pizza is made only with salt, yeast, flour, and water—this is the rule. At NADESHICO, our pizzas are crafted by artisans who adhere to this rule while adjusting the ingredients and fermentation based on the day's temperature and humidity, carefully changing the baking time for each individual pizza. Please enjoy our PIZZA, which is baked at around 450 degrees in 60 to 90 seconds. All pizzas are available for takeout!
