The meat in this course is black-haired Wagyu, raised in Australia for about 10 months after being born in Japan, and then pastured for over a year mainly in Oita and Nagasaki in Kyushu. You can also enjoy seasonal salads harvested every morning by the chef from contracted farms. You can upgrade to a Chateaubriand steak made with Omi Beef for an additional JPY 4,000. (Reservations after 19:30 or for groups of five or more should be made by phone.)

Enjoy a tender and well-marbled Black Wagyu filet steak, accompanied by thick tails of lobster served with a sauce made from fermented butter, white wine, capers, lemon juice, and lobster roe and egg.
