Born in 1981 in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Mr. Nakazato started his career as an apprentice at a local Italian restaurant, where he learned California cuisine, international cuisine, and French cuisine. After that, he went to Northern Italy to train at a restaurant while living there. Upon returning to Japan, he worked on culinary production for restaurants and cafes, and in 2019, he established his own business in the historic town of Kawagoe.
