Saga beef, a pride of the local area. Since we source high-quality meat directly from the farm, you can enjoy a luxurious assortment. For example, a five-piece selection featuring cuts like <Kainomi, Zabuton, Tonbi, Tomosankaku, and Ichibo>. Even cuts that can only be obtained in small quantities from a single cow are generously included in the lineup. The meat from carefully and lovingly raised cattle has just the right amount of elasticity and fat, along with beautifully marbled red meat. It looks vibrant and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Enjoy the deliciousness that makes you want to keep drinking.

If you enjoy meat and alcohol in moderation, you’ll want to end the day’s feast on a pleasant note. In that case, a rich and flavorful oxtail soup is the way to go. The soup, simmered using a unique cooking method, is cooked for a long time to extract deep flavors and then frozen. The day before you plan to eat, transfer it to the refrigerator to thaw. Move it to a pot and heat it over medium heat to create an even richer soup. Once it’s ready, sprinkle with green onions and black pepper. Our establishment features a tatami room that can accommodate up to 24 people, with three tables for four and two tables for six, making it suitable for banquets of up to 24 guests. Additionally, the six-person tables are completely private, so they can be useful for important occasions, such as meals with close friends. We place great importance on the dining atmosphere as well. Please savor the ambiance as part of your culinary experience.

And one more thing. We are particular about our tableware. We use local specialty Karatsu ware for all our dishes. Most of the plates are from kilns such as the Denoyama kiln. When it comes to sake vessels, the shape of the rim and thickness can slightly affect the flavor, so we choose sake vessels that align with the characteristics of the sake.
