Our pride and joy, the "Golden Kinako Mochi Bread," is coated with kinako (roasted soybean flour) on the outside and filled with our homemade sweet potato filling. We use a special dough designed specifically for kinako mochi bread, ensuring that even when fried, the kinako remains non-sticky. This exquisite product is crafted to maintain a light and fluffy texture for as long as possible, allowing you to enjoy its delightful crispness even after some time.
