Fresh fish is sourced from a trusted fishmonger with whom the owner has had a long-standing relationship, purchasing only the amount that can be provided on that day. Since this fishmonger specializes in high-quality fresh fish, there are often varieties that are not commonly seen. We offer about three types of these carefully selected fish as "Today's Fresh Fish." Depending on the day, you can enjoy rare delicacies such as the full-bodied toro called Yaito Katsuo or the deliciously grilled Kamatsu. Each type is available for 900 yen, and if requested, we can also prepare a mixed platter!
