The garlic gyoza consists of eight bite-sized pieces. They are small but have a thin skin packed with filling. Eating them with grated Japanese radish makes for a refreshing experience.
The selection of three grilled dishes included chicken neck, king oyster mushrooms, and shishito peppers, all of which are favorites of mine. They were served with a miso sauce and mayonnaise. The miso sauce pairs well with the shishito peppers. The chicken neck was also firm and enjoyable.
