This is Sports Bar located on the 4th floor of Mitsutera Kaikan, accessed by elevator. The inside was spacious and had a TV to watch sports, darts, and a pool table. This is a cash-on-delivery shop where you order and pay for drinks at the counter. About half of the customers were foreigners. I think you'll enjoy it even more if you go with lots of friends.
