"Miyazaki Beef" is not only distinguished by its high rank but also by the fact that it is raised for over 14 months by local meat producers, has a minimum of 26 months from birth to shipment, and comes from cows that are either of the "Miyabi" breed or have not experienced calving. This title is awarded only to cows that meet these strict criteria, which proves the high quality of the beef. Please enjoy the exquisite meat quality.

The "Urumah Agu" is a breed of Agu pork raised on feed that includes mozuku harvested in Katsuren, Urumah City, a famous production area for mozuku. Agu pork is known for being rich in vitamin B1 (amino acids) compared to regular pork, and it is famous for having only a quarter of the cholesterol. Furthermore, by using the nutrients from fucoidan found in mozuku as feed, it is expected that the quality of Agu pork will improve even further.
